I QUIT!

It's been 3 days at my new work place and I already want to quit! There is immense office politics, an extremely dirty bathroom (shared with the men - so you can imagine), no easy access to transport, dim hopes of getting paid on time or even at all, a man to woman ratio of like 20:1 and well quite frankly - I deserve MUCH better!

Apart from other facts like - they made me make an experience letter on my 2nd day for a woman that I just recently replaced. On observing some odd behaviour on the part of my boss - I decided I'd ask her in more detail about her experience there . She may not know it but she was lied to about why she was fired (She was told her job had been outsourced and had to be released, although I am technically her replacement - I didn't reveal this to her of course), and other complaints that she hadn't receive her pay since June (past 2-3 months). She said they were unprofessional.. well there was much more, but in the end she wished me good luck with it, with a doubtful smile.

Even more odd, the boss made me use an old letterhead that was meant to be returned to the printer as it was low quality, and the new letterhead was purposely not given to her... This lady knew, and was aware that they were purposely not giving it. On top of that, the only printer in the office left a huge black blotch on the right of the page.. I couldn't believe that I had to give her that letter with this profane blotch, as it would cause a bad impression of the company at day end. Pathetic! So this gig it not for me and I am ready for greener pasture already!

Now all I'm fretting is about how to tell my boss and what to tell my boss!!!
- Dirty bathroom (because of which I think I have UT infection, as I need to hold my pee till I get home!)
- Not enough growth opportunities
- Transport issues
- Job doesn't suit me

What should I say?!!!

Maybe I should keep it simple:
I'm sorry, but I cannot continue here as this workplace just doesn't suit me, nothing personal!!

I can't wait till I'm through with it! World - here I come!! :)
